Review Links Redirect to the Wrong Course in Rise 360
I am actively working on two Articulate Rise 360 courses—let's call them Course A and Course B. I had separate Review links for both courses. However, over the past few days, I’ve noticed a strange issue: the Review link for Course A redirects to Course B after I update and publish Course B in Review mode—and vice versa.
Additionally, all comments made by reviewers on the original Review links have disappeared during this process.
In short, regardless of which course’s Review link is used, it always redirects/gets transformed to the most recently updated course in Review mode within the Articulate 360 dashboard.

Hi DanielNelson-78,
I'm glad you reached out about this issue as it sounds particularly odd!
When you published each course, did you choose Create a new item?
- I'd like to confirm if Course A and Course B are two separate courses, and not different versions of the same course. To check if a course has multiple versions, you can open a course in Review 360 and select Current Version in the top left corner.
- You can also check for Resolved comments, by selecting the three dots in the top right corner, then selecting Show Resolved Comments.
If these are two separate courses, and the link is still redirecting to the wrong course, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers in a case. They'll be ready to assist!

Hi Kelly Auner,
Thanks for your reply and attention to this matter. Your questions allowed me to understand what went wrong, I published Course B as 'Publish a new version of an existing item' however, didn't pay attention to the scroll down tab with the list of existing courses, by default it had Course A as selection. when I published course B as 'create a new item' the problem has been resolved.
However, I still lost the comments that the reviewers made to Course A; I checked every version but it is still not there. Would you be able to help me with that?
Thanks again!
Hi DanielNelson-78,
I'm glad that first issue was solved!
I can see how easy it would be to overlook that drop-down option when publishing a new version. I'd like to next address the second part of your question about comments missing from the original course.
I recreated this situation described with two sample courses. Here's a quick demo to show you what I did. As seen in the demo, you'll want to check that any resolved comments are visible, and also that comments are enabled for the course. Please let me know if you have any questions!
