I wondering if there are any updates on this issue? Was it caused by a file that got corrupted? I am having some challenges myself recently with quiz slides and the Review feature.

    Sorry to hear you've also run into issues with the review incorrect questions feature!

    I took a look at Geordie's case, and the behavior he was experiencing appears to be related to a bug our team is actively monitoring. This bug causes custom navigation to show correct slides when "review only incorrect questions" is enabled.

    If that sounds similar to the behavior you are experiencing, I would be happy to take a closer look at your project file and confirm if you are being affected by the same bug. You can share it here in the discussion or privately through a support case. We'll delete it from our system once we're finished!
