I completely understand the need for confidentiality, but it will be easier if we can look into the file. Our Support team can sign an NDA, and they’ll delete the file once they find the issue. Let us know if that works for you by opening a case here!
In the meantime, let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot:
- When you look into the Slide Properties (right-click the base layer and choose Properties) of your hotspot question, which revisiting option do you have selected?
- If you create another hotspot question, does it work as expected in Review mode?
- Do you have additional triggers you created in your hotspot question, or are you using the default/built-in ones?
