Review Tool

I am constantly getting feedback from other team members when using the Review tool with various issues. things like latency, no voiceover coming through, blank screens, getting stuck and having to restart, etc. I do not experience any of these issues. Does anyone know of settings, or workarounds for this - is it computer specific to the end-user? Is it a browser issue, is there anything to recommend to them to get a better end-user experience while in the app? This is while using Storyline review content.

    Using Review360 should not give any of the behaviors you describe. If you are not seeing any of these issues when you are viewing the output on Review360, then I would start with the basics:

    • How are your team members accessing the site - mobile devices, laptops, desktops?
    • Which browser(s) are being used - Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Opera...?
    • What type of network connections are in place: coffeeshop wifi, home office network, wired LAN at the office...?
    • How many other programs or apps are running at the same time? (The underlying issue may in fact be a system resource problem and have nothing to do with a given course under review.)

    Once you have established the basic conditions for what's going on with a given team member, or the rest of the team, then you can start checking one thing at a time. 

    If your team members are like many other teams I know, however, I would actually start with the last bullet - what other and how many other programs or apps are running while they attempt to view the site? If the problems occur with no other programs or apps running (e.g., Outlook or Gmail or whatever-email-you-all-use), then you move to the next probable causes.
