Review won't allow users to leave comments.
Recently, I've noticed that users cannot leave comments when I share a Review URL link with them.
I have the box ticked to allow users to allow users to leave comments without an articulate accoun...
Appreciate the extra detail, Jamie! That's a great theory, and it's possible. I'd be happy to double check their email(s) – just let me know!
Can you also let me know if clicking on the Forgot Password? option to reset their password helps the affected users?
