Review won't allow users to leave comments.
Recently, I've noticed that users cannot leave comments when I share a Review URL link with them.

Hello, I have a simular problem with Review 360. A collogue of mine can't leave any comments, because she's forced to sign in if she wants to leave a comment. The checkbox ' Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment' is turned on, but i doesn't work. Can someone help me?
Hey there Erik. Have you tried the following? After you publish to Review 360, click the Share tab at the top (it says Review | Feedback | Share). Check the box below the URL that says Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment.
