I'm curious if you are viewing the comments directly from the Feedback Tab in Review 360, or did you export the comments?
If you're using the Feedback Tab, what browser are you using?

I'm using chrome, and it's in the feedback tab, not downloaded - i used to be able to see the slide titles, but not anymore.
