Review360 moved all reviews to my private folder and all that were not in a private folder not viewable
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Was busy reviewing a course, when all of a sudden it asked for a password. went back to the course and don't see anything about a password being setup. Went to review360 to see if its something there and now all my course folder are on "private" and all the ones that weren't in folders are now missing.
Did I miss an update or something?
Hi Janelle!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback while reviewing courses in Review 360!
I had some clarifying questions to help me understand your situation a little better:
- When you went back to the course to check, can you confirm this setting to password-protect content has been disabled?
- If the course was authored by another party, is it possible the course owner added password restriction while you were in the process of reviewing? Or possibly your Review 360 Team Folder Owner made changes in the directory structure?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi,
I have no password set. I am the designer on the course and also dont see the Team folder anymore.
Unfortunately I cant post a screenshot due to NDA's with our clients.
Hi, Janelle!
Thanks so much for confirming that you did not set a password. I've opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate further. You'll be hearing from one of our Support Engineers soon via email!
