Reviewer can't access program

Oddly, resetting her time zone corrected the problem. Not sure why that's important however it worked.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your new reviewer is having trouble accessing the Review 360 link you shared, even when using their Articulate ID.
- It looks like your reviewer is using Firefox as their browser. Is that correct?
- To access the content in Review 360, your reviewer just needs the link you've provided and one of these web browsers.
- Do they experience this behavior if they try opening your Review 360 link in a different browser or an incognito window?
- It might be helpful for your reviewer to check that these browser settings are set up to view courses properly.
- Is this happening with all Review 360 links you send to this reviewer, or just this one?
As a troubleshooting step, when viewing this course in Review 360, you can check that the Share Settings link is set to Anyone with the link.
If they're still having trouble accessing your course, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your Review link in this thread or privately in a support case to investigate why it redirects them to the homepage.
