Reviewer Not Able to Leave Comments

Has anyone encountered this issue? I sent a course for feedback through Review360. The reviewer verified his email, and can view the course, but cannot leave comments. I've tried removing him and adding him back, but nothing has fixed it.

    I'm sorry to hear that your colleague is having trouble leaving comments on your Review 360 link. Here are some basic troubleshooting steps they can try on their end:

    • Try using a different browser
    • Try clearing their browser's cache.
    • Check if it works when using their browser's incognito or InPrivate mode. Browser extensions are typically turned off in those modes, so this can help eliminate any issue an extension might be causing.
    • Try connecting to a different network. Are they connecting through a VPN? If so, please disconnect and then try to see if they're still unable to leave comments.
    • To further isolate if it’s a device issue, try to see if the same issue happens on a different device.
