Reviewers Can't Leave Comments
Even after sharing the preview link to my course, non-articulate users are unable to leave comments, even though the discussion board says it's possible. Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong ...
Hi Meredith! Adding to Karl’s suggestion, you may refer to this article for details on how to publish your Rise 360 course to Review 360.
Once published to Review 360, your reviewers can then leave comments on your course. As discussed in the above article, if your reviewers don’t have Articulate accounts, you can mark the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment. Reviewers will still be prompted to enter their email addresses so you can identify their comments and they can receive discussion notifications.
