I'm sorry you're having with your exam! I would love to troubleshoot this for you! First, I have a follow-up question for you. Are they answering the incorrect questions again before the second review? If they answer the question correctly the second time through the exam, the questions wouldn't show up in the second review.
If that's not the case, would you be willing to share your file with our Support Engineers privately in a support case?
