RISE - Multiple Response Quiz Question Problem

Hi Sheena!  Have you tried recreating the question as suggested by Karl in the above comment?

      Hi Sheena. To help figure out what might be causing the issue, can you send us a screenshot showing the correct answers in the quiz settings? Then, can you send us a screenshot of the quiz registering as incorrect when you answer it during preview?
