I have a course built that has 10 questions spread over 5 quiz blocks. The user experience would be improved if I could hide the % scored for each individual quiz block and produce a final quiz score block that would report back/ marker of completion via SCORM. I know I can do this in ST360, however, the branding and approved look is in the RISE platform at this time.

One thing I would say as a workaround would be to leverage the use of the Continue button to lock content and navigation. Learners have to complete blocks in order to move on. If you place the final quiz or final task at the end of the Rise course, then they are forced to work through all of the content to move forward. I embed Storyline interactions throughout and use the Complete Course trigger in Storyline to trigger the Continue button. If they get to the end, Rise will track the final quiz result or Storyline block in the LMS. Rest assured, the learner had to complete all of the content in order to get to the end. I do wish there was better control over what is reported. For example, I build sight singing exercises in Rise, and there are 100 exercises. My teachers would like to see which exercises the students have completed. There is no way to do this inside of Rise. I am looking at using Storyline for this, but I hate to leave Rise as the user experience is great, especially for mobile.

I like the first request, but I also have another need. How to include a pre-quiz that if passed, it is reported and the user doesn't not have to go any further. If they fail, then they need to complete the training and take a post-quiz. Only one quiz needs to be reported to the LMS.

Hi, Is there any movement on this request? I just lodged a request as well for the same thing and have seen this feature has been requested by so many more people. Considering it has been a feature users have been asking for the past 4 years, it is disappointing to see no progress so far. It is a fairly standard practice in L&D to track multiple assessment items and while rise looks great, there is no point in it looking flash if key functionality isn't there. What is the criteria to meet for a feature to actually be considered for development? I understand the purpose of asking us to lodge feature requests however if there no plans to put them forward then development then please - at least tell us!

Any word on this? Been 5 years since the request was made... This is a running theme with Articulate. What seems to be simple requests just never gets implemented... We may have to switch platforms here soon.

I'm starting w Rise now, and am reading through these comments to anticipate issues that will affect how we set it up.

I'm starting with 8 courses... each has 4 lessons which require a 5-question knowledge check. Are the results and overall scores of each of the four captured when Rise is integrated into an LMS?

  While you can only select one quiz to be used for tracking, the Rise course actually does send all the quiz data to your LMS. However, depending on your LMS you may or may not be able to access that data. I recommend you contact your LMS provider to see what's possible.

@ Nicole Legault, so if my Rise Course has 2+ quizzes as well as quiz results within a storyline block, all the data will be sent to the SCORM backend for recording?

Hi. I have similar request. I have a requirement to include two assessments wherein one acts as a pre-assessment and other as final assessment.

The learners are required to complete only one assessment. In case of pre-assessment they dont have to complete the entire course. Could you help me how to track the completion in such a scenario?

  As explained above, there's no way to track multiple quizzes. You'll need to choose whether you want to score either the pre-assessment or the final assessment.
