Hi,
I am trying to use Powerpoint for Rise. I used Presenter option from Studio.
However, this is the message that I still get.

Do you mind sharing more details around how you are looking to integrate PowerPoint and Rise 360? Rise 360 and Presenter 360 are separate tools within the Articulate 360 suite. Rise is strictly a web-based application, that can only be accessed through your browser. Also, it would be helpful to know the steps you took to produce that error message.
If an end goal is to add PowerPoint content to Rise, you must first import the PPT course to Storyline 360, then embed that Storyline item to Rise as a Storyline Block.

The screenshot you shared in your initial post indicates that Presenter 360 is detecting that you're working out of an online or network drive. To correct the behavior, you'll need to move the PowerPoint file to a local directory such as "My Documents" or your Desktop folder. Another caveat is that the directory can't be backed up by syncing applications such as OneDrive.
