Hi,

I'm looking to provide a customer with the RAW, editable Rise project. Based on the above, is the only method, to add them as a collaborator and transfer? What if the contact did not have an account, how can the RAW Rise project file then be transferred, or is this not possible?

    Hi,

    If your client has a current Articulate 360 account, you can send them a copy of the course which they will be able to edit in the future.

    If you client does not have an Articulate 360 account, you cannot share the course with them at all.

      Thanks Karl. The complication comes where we have Storyline elements embedded into the Rise project. Perhaps I will run some dummy tests to see the outcomes.

        Hi,

        For Storyline blocks, you can send your client the .story source files.

        Either way, your client needs to have an Articulate 360 account, to edit the Rise courses or Storyline files.
