Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Have you tested how your course behaves in a different environment to see if the issue is specific to your LMS? You can test your course in Review 360 or in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to isolate the behavior.
- Is slow internet a possible factor in the images to loading slowly? If it is, you can check out this article for some tips on how to design courses that will be opened in slow-internet environments.
- Is the issue browser specific? You can test how the course loads using other modern up-to-date browser to see if you experience better loading times there.
- Have you tried lowering the resolution of the images to allow them to load quicker?
