Once you've edited the CSS in the index.html, you'll need to rezip everything and then your course is ready to upload wherever you plan to host it. One thing that Zsolt mentions in this thread on a similar topic is to keep in mind that if you need to make any changes in your Rise 360 course, you'll need to go through the same process again: export, unzip, change CSS, zip.
