Rise 360 - problem with an AI-generated course
Hello Vasile_Tihon,
I understand that you're experiencing an issue with an AI-generated course where the second lesson is still generating, even after trying to restore from a previous version in Snapshots. I tested this on my end and can see all lessons as expected. Happy to learn more about your setup!
- Can you experience this behavior in a different browser or in an incognito window?
- Do you notice any change if you duplicate your course in the Rise 360 dashboard and open the duplicated course?
- If you generate a brand new Rise 360 course with AI Assistant, do you experience this same lesson behavior?
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend checking that you're working on the latest version of your browser and ensuring that Network Endpoints are correctly enabled.
If you're still experiencing this behavior, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup within a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I’m limited to using Microsoft Edge and Firefox on my work laptop, and after testing in Firefox version 147.0.3, the issue still persists. Unfortunately, I can’t try incognito mode since the IT department has disabled it in the work browsers.

I've duplicated the course, but the issue remains.

I created a new course and it’s working fine, so it looks like the issue is only with this specific one.

I’m glad it’s all good now, so I won’t dig deeper unless your tech team needs more info. Otherwise, I’ll just delete the problematic course and make a new version.
Thanks for your support.- StevenBenassi21 days agoStaff
Hi Vasile_Tihon,
Thanks for following up and sharing the details.
It's possible that a momentary browser glitch was getting in the way of AI Assistant. Glad to hear that it's been resolved! If you run into this behavior again, clearing your browser's cache helps resolve most of these quirks.
Have a great rest of your week!

StevenBenassi Thanks for the tip. I cleared my browser cache (Ctrl + F5) after the issue started. The problem remained on the affected course, but at least it didn’t appear on the new course, so maybe that fixed it.
Thanks, and I hope you have a great week as well.
