Rise 360 - Quiz settings - changing prompts, end page, and scoring

I'm looking to set up a form for course participants with mostly short answer questions instead of a graded 'quiz'. The questions do not have right or wrong answers - the goal is to simply collect information. I'm wondering if:

1. The prompts i.e. 'Start Quiz' can be changed to 'Start Form'
2. You can use the quiz feature without scoring.
3. You can change the end page to display a message i.e. "Thank you for completing the form" instead of an automated test score showing.

If these changes aren't possible in Rise 360, what would be the best way to incorporate a form to an already developed course? Thanks for your insight!

  • Rise doesn't have any survey type (no right answer) questions, but you could use the Multimedia -> Embed block to embed a Google Form, or any other web-based survey tool.

Hello, I am looking to do the same thing. Other than changing labels, I am unable to change the last page that shows Quiz Results. I can change the label to Survey Complete. But then it shows the score, which I do not want displayed. If anyone has a solution to this issue, it would be great. I tried embed block but the responses are not captured by the LMS. Hopefully, either the OP or someone has found a solution to this. Thanks in advance

Besides changing the labels, the Quiz Results page cannot be edited.
