Rise 360 | Uploading Audio Files Not Working
Hi everyone,
I’ve added an audio block in a Rise course, but I’m unable to upload an mp3 file. There’s no error message – nothing happens at all.
Is this a known issue?

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
I have a few questions to get started:
- Does this happen with multiple mp3 files or just one?
- If the issue is specific to one audio file, you may want to check that the file size isn't too large, as very large files may get stuck loading.
- Have you tried using a different browser or incognito/private mode?
- To rule out any network issues, can you please confirm these network endpoints have been enabled? You may need help from your IT team!
