Rise 360 AI Assistant Generate Quiz Quality of Results
Has anyone else used the AI Assistant - Generate Quiz feature?
I want to build a set of assessment questions based on a collection of video transcripts (based on hours worth of videos) and add into our separate LMS course.
I have 4 subjects with a total 25 videos, so I create a new lesson and added 4 accordions and pasted the transcript text into individual items.
I exited the lesson and generated a course AI quiz. It created only 1 question!
I then moved the accordions into separate lessons and regenerated the quiz and I got 8 questions.
Surely the results should have been the same?
I tried adding the custom directions 'create 20 questions' but it had no effect.

We'll need to check your Rise 360 course, specifically the video transcripts, to identify what's preventing the course from generating the requested number of questions. If you can consistently replicate the issue, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer who'll request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
