Rise 360 Cannot Download

I would like to Export the course, but actually cannot download and no response after clicking the "download" button at any browser (Chrome, edge and IE). Is there any solution to fix ...
Hi All:
I am running into the exact same export download issue as the OP (Sandra), but for some reason Rise is not handing the file off to my browser (Chrome or Edge, IE11 doesn't support Rise).
Any thoughts on why this might be occurring?
Maybe Articulate's CDN is a little overloaded with traffic(?)
