Rise 360 Cannot Download

Hi all,   I would like to Export the course, but actually cannot download and no response after clicking the "download" button at any browser (Chrome, edge and IE). Is there any solution to fix ...

Hi Alyssa:

I was actually able to solve the problem by disconnecting my VPN and re-attempting the download(s).

At CIHI, we've had mixed results with accessing AS360 services using our VPN. 

Generally speaking, we usually need to log in to Articulate 360 first, and then engage it, and then it usually allows us to access VPN services through it - however, not this time! ;)
