Rise 360 Closed Caption Default Font Size?

I appreciate you sharing your voice with us! I've gone ahead and shared your insight regarding the request to adjust both the size and placement of closed captions in Rise 360. We'll be sure to update this thread with any news in the future, so all are in the loop.
I wanted to check in on the status of the request to adjust the font size in RISE's closed captions. This has been pending now for a long time.
At the moment one needs to add videos to Storyline, capturing the closed captions there, setting the font size to a decent one that fits the video and overall font sizes of the course, and then importing them back into RISE. These steps should not be necessary since Rise is capable of creating CC's, but doing that in a ridiculous large size.
It seems your tech people only focus on AI, but do no longer check on important editing requests that would make all our lives easier.

I don't have any updates right now as our team prioritizes other features. That said, I want to make sure your feedback reaches them with as much context as possible. The workaround you described, moving content through Storyline just to control caption font size, sounds like a significant amount of extra steps.
Roughly how much additional time does that add per video, and how many videos are you typically managing across your courses?
Well since I have to open a new SL for each video, ensuring to use the correct layout and colors, set the player correctly, add captions and check them, publish the SL, add a SL block to Rise and add the file - this usually takes up 15 minutes and longer, depending on the captions to be checked and refined.
I usually have ca. 5 or more videos per Rise course.
As you can see, this requires a significant amount of time which could be used for other topics if Rise captions could be adjusted.
Unfortunately for us within the company, we cannot onboard any additional software due to restrictions. So using another app to do the subtitles would not be an option at all.
