Rise 360 Closed Caption Default Font Size?
I would like to add my voice to this important (fundamental?) feature. I thought being able to adjust the font size to address accessibility concerns of our learners would be a priority for Articulate. This is over 4 years old now.

Hey DannyCole-685d0,
Thanks for adding your support to this request!
We understand how important it is for authors to have the tools they need to create content that works for all learners. Has the inability to adjust caption font size in Rise caused any of your learners to struggle with the content or reach out for support?
Also, have you had to find a workaround to manage caption sizing in the meantime, and if so, how much extra time is that adding to your production process?

DannyCole-685d0 One option that I find useful is to use Handbrake (free) to upload the VTT file and burn the CC into the video at whatever font size I choose (Open the video, go to the Subtitles tab, import the VTT, tick "Burn In", adjust size, then encode), then upload to Rise. I still upload the VTT file in Rise for screen readers...
