Rise 360 Course Appears to Enforce Minimum Time before Acknowledging Completion
I exported the Rise 360 "Spot the Phish" training and imported it into our LMS (Cornerstone). When I speed through it (think: 45 sec.), still interacting fully with the presentation and get to the end, the final 'next' arrow remains greyed out and exiting the training marks it as merely 'Started' in the LMS. If I repeat the training, taking my time (think: 4 min.) when I reach the end the final 'next' arrow changes to the 'repeat/circular arrow' and exiting the training marks it as 'Completed' in the LMS.
I thought this was an LMS/Cornerstone issue until I uploaded the same SCORM into SCORM Cloud and reached the same results ( < 1 min: Completion: incomplete, Success: failed; at 5 min: Completion: complete, Success: passed)
Searching the community discussions it's been suggested that Rise 360 trainings have no fixed (or customizable) minimum user execution time. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Hi Stephen! Thanks for letting us know that you tested the course in SCORM Cloud with the same results. I logged case 03589656 with our technical support engineers for Rise 360 for further investigation. They will reply to you directly via email.
