Rise 360 course link

The Rise 360 Share link is intended for small audiences and lightweight sharing. 

While we don't have a specific limit for what we consider a small audience, we simply recommend that you export your course for web or LMS so you have control over the hosting environment.

I have sent a Rise course SHARE link to a colleague and she was prompted to start a free Articulate trial. Can the course be viewed by anybody without having to sign in to Articulate?

FYI, I have not sent her a REVIEW link.

Hi Nat! The Rise Share link shouldn't prompt anyone to start a free trial. Someone might see that if you send your course authoring link, though, since that link is unique to you. An authoring link begins with rise.articulate.com/author/.....

To send a Share link, click the Share button, and copy the link shown below in the screenshot. The link should begin with rise.articulate.com/share/.....
