Old Rise link not working anymore
Hello We have had a subscription for Articulate 360, but since our new LMS system we decided not to use it anymore. We did however include a Rise course I created in the new LMS and up until recently it worked fine. Now we get an error message. Because we don't have a paying account anymore I cannot check or create a new link. I was wondering if anyone knows if something has changed in Rise which makes old links to courses not working anymore or if there is a way for me to make it work again? https://www.eshre.eu/ElearningCourse/course1/index.html#/lessons/cj3051k1i00003e64bdv1w08j?_k=3ynyzr This is the link for the course. Hi All I have an issue with one of my rise courses. I have build and put in several STL blocks to a page but when I view them on the rise page on a smart phone (Iphone) they "pop-up" once I activate/open them on the play-button that is a applied to STL on smartphones/tablets. It "follows" my scroll on the rise page which is fairly annoying and "locks" any other interaction. There is a small "x" in the top where I can close it, but that means I (and my learners) have to open and close every STL block and it really doesn't work well for the experience of the page. Plus I am not sure alle learners will get, that they have to do that. I attached a screen recording of the issue. Is there a way to just have the block stay in its position and avoid the open/close (that I missed)? I don't seem to have encountered this behavior before? (Granted I haven't made many courses like this). Thank you!8Views0likes7CommentsAdding tags to Rise courses
Hello We develop hundreds of courses in Rise for training purposes. However, we are finding it difficult to add sufficient keywords to the titles of the courses to be able to search for them. Since the Rise course titles appear in the LMS, it is confusing for the students to view those keywords that developers use. Is there a place in Rise courses, we can add some tags or keywords for developer's use please? If this is not yet available, please make this a priority to add such a feature. Or at least a "developer" block that can be hidden. This will be much appreciated by many others! Thank you! Sumant9Views1like2CommentsRise Process Interaction
Is there a way you can remove the arrow button when you start the Process interaction? I did not really notice that having the Start and Arrow button may be a little much until my client brought that to my attention today. I did go into the settings but did not see anything that would eliminate the arrow button in the Introduction (added picture for example). Any comments would be most appreciated, thank you.27Views1like9CommentsProcess Block Accessibility Issue
I perform accessibility testing on a lot of Rise content, and one of the most frequent issues I raise is the focus order of the "Next" button for the first slide of the Process Block potentially causes problems for screen reader users. The issue is, that when using a screen reader, the "Next" button appears in the focus order prior to the content on the first slide. This means that a screen reader user could miss the content on the first slide if they were to go ahead and select the "Next" button (which seems logical) rather than continuing down the page to the contents of the first slide. My suggestion would be to remove, or add an aria-hidden="true" to the Next button for the first slide. This would then allow screen reader users to continue down the page to the contents of the first slide and use the START > button instead. I'm sure I have logged this as an issue in the past, and will do again, but just wanted to raised it here so I can track the issue.32Views1like2CommentsRemove X when embedding Storyline into Rise
I would like to remove this X when embedding a storyline block into rise. Is this possible? The size of the content changes when it appears and when clicked, the storyline block will completely disappear and you have to refresh to get the animation back.12Views0likes2CommentsPlease remove option to retake quiz when user scores 100%
I recently completed a course in Rise 360 and the requirements from my client are that the user needs to score 100% on the end-of-course quiz, and that they have up to 3 attempts to do so. In testing, I noticed that if a user scores 100% on the end-of-course quiz, there is an option to retake the quiz. I was wondering if anyone has used that option after scoring 100%. It makes sense to me to not reveal that option to users if they score 100% on a quiz. I've never known a person to retake a quiz after scoring 100%. It can come across to some users that the course isn't over and that they didn't do something to fully complete the course when in reality they are done and would be better off receiving a congratulations on successful completion message. Thank you for the consideration!14Views0likes5Comments
