Saba LMS does not open RISE Zip file
I have just published an update to a RISE course for the SABA LMS (Cornerstone). When I ask to play the course, Saba downloads it. That does not work.
I think I have done everything in the past that worked. Is this a bug or an issue with SABA? I published for LMS and have the zip file, I uploaded the zip file but it won't run as a course.
Luciana, Thank you for reaching out. It was an error on my part. I was working with an older course that was a PDF and I did not change the SABA LMS to show it was now SCORM. Our LMS Administrator caught the error so I created a new course and it worked fine.

Hello JeffreyRiley-9e,
I understand you have published your Rise 360 course to your LMS (SABA), and it doesn't seem to play. Happy to learn more!
- What publishing standard are you currently using?
- Are you experiencing the same behavior when testing the course in SCORM Cloud?
- Is this happening with any other courses you've published to SABA LMS, or just this one?
We'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup. You can share a screen recording of this behavior and a copy of your course in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

No worries, JeffreyRiley-9e! Thanks for sharing the good news! I'm glad that the new course is working as expected in your LMS.
Have a great start to your day!
