Send Rise modules from one account to another - not individually
Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to transfer all Rise courses from one account to another? Without having to manually click and send each individual course. Many thanks in advance, Melanie

Hi Melanie! I think this largely depends on what you want to do. If you want someone else on your team to be a manager of the course, then yes, you can bulk transfer course management (Share Folders and Items).
If someone on your team has left the organization and you need to take over their courses, you can bulk transfer ownership of courses. However, you'll need to be an Articulate 360 admin to do so: Articulate 360 Teams: Managing Content When Users Leave Your Team. If the person is still on the team and you just want to switch ownership, then unfortunately, I don't see a way to do that without contacting Articulate support or transferring ownership one by one.
