Send Rise modules from one account to another - not individually
Hi Melanie! I think this largely depends on what you want to do. If you want someone else on your team to be a manager of the course, then yes, you can bulk transfer course management (Share Folders and Items).
If someone on your team has left the organization and you need to take over their courses, you can bulk transfer ownership of courses. However, you'll need to be an Articulate 360 admin to do so: Articulate 360 Teams: Managing Content When Users Leave Your Team. If the person is still on the team and you just want to switch ownership, then unfortunately, I don't see a way to do that without contacting Articulate support or transferring ownership one by one.
Thank you for your reply, JenLynn. That's not what I meant. My point is that we have two different accounts. If I want to transfer a module from one account to the other, I do so by clicking on the three dots and selecting “Send a copy.”
How can I do this for multiple courses without having to send them all individually?

p-didaktProdukt Got it. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing another way to bulk send to another Articulate 360 account that's outside your team. It might be worth contacting support to double check.

Hi p-didaktProdukt!
Glad to see JenLynnRusso has been helping you. Happy to jump in!
Currently, Rise 360 doesn't support an option to share a bulk number of courses, unless you're removing someone from a team and looking to transfer all of their content as Jen touched on. For now, sending copies of Rise 360 courses can only be done on the individual course level.
We understand this can feel tedious and we've been tracking a feature request to improve the process. I've included your voice in the report!
We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
