Rise 360 Course Owner does not work here anymore

Hey there, 

There is a course that is 90% completed and the course owner no longer works for the company. Upon looking into finishing the course we see that the course managers seem to have been removed. Is there a way to duplicate the course or transfer ownership of the course?
