Rise 360 Custom Blocks - Change Bullet Color?
Hello.
How do you change the bullet color in a custom block for Rise 360?
It defaults the template to red and green. How do you change this from red/green to any other color?
I can't find it...

I have the same question. I can get the bullets to change to the font color by changing the font. But I cannot get the bullets and font to be different colors as the template shows. Additionally, when I copy/paste text, it changes the bullet to my black font color. This holds true even when I first put the text in Notepad to clear any formatting.
Hi lbgadd!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble formatting bullet points in Rise 360 Comparison Blocks!
As I shared with wchiasso, the bullet points inherit the color of the text that follows them. If pasting text, the bullets will not update since that action is not considered a direct color change.
The behavior you reported was related to a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused the color of bullet points to unexpectedly change, sporadically. However, I'm happy to share that we've released an update for Rise 360 which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web apps as new features and fixes are immediately available!
I've also relayed your feedback to our product team, for more custom control around bullet point formatting in Comparison Blocks. We'll be sure to let you know if this feature makes it to our product roadmap.
Hi wchiasso!
Happy to help!
In Rise 360, bullet point colors for Comparison Blocks are designed to follow the text color that comes immediately after them. If an author changes the color of the text right after a bullet, the bullet itself should adopt that same color.
However, when pasting text, the bullet color does not update since that action does not count as a direct color change. The sample template was built in this way, where dark text was pasted in after the bullets were originally updated to green.
Also, direct formatting of the bullets themselves isn’t currently supported. I do understand having more custom control over those elements can improve your authoring experience. I've shared this as a feature request on your behalf, and we'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
