RISE 360: FULL-SCREEN VIEW OPTION
Good morning,
I would like to know if there is any way to display the SCORM package of a course created with Rise 360 in full-screen mode within the LMS platform, without having to open it in a pop-up window.
When viewing it in the “current window,” the experience is quite uncomfortable, as the course scroll interferes with the platform’s own content.
I am attaching two example images. The one with the scroll bars highlighted in red is what we do not want. The one displayed in full screen is what we want to achieve, without resorting to the pop-up window option.
Thank you very much in advance.

Usually launching the course full screen is an option within the LMS.

Hi,
As Chris said, it should be a setting within the LMS. In our LMS it is called "Open content player inline" and it opens in full screen without an additional pop-up, similar to your second screenshot (just without the second scroll bar on the right).Maybe it is worth opening a ticket with the LMS provider to double check.
Best,

Hello - I am having a related issue. Articulate Storyline projects open in Workday Learning in a reasonably sized player window. But for Rise projects it overtakes the entire screen for the user -no matter how the user has their browser sized. Workday has not been helpful. Any ideas?

To add to the above, Workday says
"This would be configured in Articulate as there is not a setting in Workday that controls screen size. If your content creator is not able to make the change in articulate, you may want to reach out to your contact at the vendor for help with this setting in the authoring tool".

Hi ShannonRankin,
Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud?
Testing there helps us determine whether the issue is LMS-specific or tied to the course itself. If you see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, could you share a screen recording of what happens?
That’ll help us get a clearer picture and recommend the next step!
