RISE 360: FULL-SCREEN VIEW OPTION

Good morning,

I would like to know if there is any way to display the SCORM package of a course created with Rise 360 in full-screen mode within the LMS platform, without having to open it in a pop-up window.

When viewing it in the “current window,” the experience is quite uncomfortable, as the course scroll interferes with the platform’s own content.

I am attaching two example images. The one with the scroll bars highlighted in red is what we do not want. The one displayed in full screen is what we want to achieve, without resorting to the pop-up window option.

    Hi,

    As Chris said, it should be a setting within the LMS. In our LMS it is called "Open content player inline" and it opens in full screen without an additional pop-up, similar to your second screenshot (just without the second scroll bar on the right).

    Maybe it is worth opening a ticket with the LMS provider to double check.

    Usually launching the course full screen is an option within the LMS.
