Rise 360: How to add a free response survey question

Hello eLearning Community, Does anyone know how to add a survey question into Rise? I created an eLearning course in Rise and wanted learners to be able to give feedback directly within the course...

Hi Cecilia,

I suggest creating a survey question within Storyline and then Publish that particulate course to Review 360. Then in Rise create a new block by choosing Interactive, select Storyline and then click on Browse Review 360 and choose the specific survey course that you need to add within your Rise course.

Try this and let me know if this works for you.

    If I do that, where does the feedbacks go? To the LMS?

     

    If I pull a report on LMS, can I see the feedbacks?

      important question Sweta. From what i have read, a Storyline block cannot report anything back to Rise or via SCORM to an LMS. It's an important feature request.

        Just wanted to share that we are tracking a feature request to report quiz data from Storyline Blocks in Rise 360 courses. I've included your voice in the feature report and will share updates if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap.
