Rise 360 is not processing audio
I have a high-quality audio recordings (several in fact) and I am able to upload Rise360, however, the audio file is never completely uploaded and spools in Processing Audio for a very long time. File is less than 5G and in WAV format. Any suggestions?

Hi Brad! It sounds like the file size is under the maximum limit, so I wouldn't expect you to have issues uploading it to Rise 360. Would you be willing to share that audio file with our team? We'd like to test it from our side.

Hi, we have a similar problem... Our audio is very long and it only shows the last 94 minutes after uploading to Rise 360... is there a maximum lenght to the audio beside its size?
Hi there, Carlos! Besides the file size, there isn't a set limit for the length of an audio file when uploading to Rise. If you're running into problems with your file, please let us know, and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue!
