Rise 360: Legacy Preview Links Will Be Disabled on August 31

Preview links (also known as Share links) have been replaced with Quick Share, our light distribution tool. 

Preview was originally intended as a limited-use tool for sharing draft content with parties outside your organization, and became an ad hoc distribution tool. Inspired by that popularity and ease of use, we developed Quick Share—a lightweight distribution tool that lets you share content with anyone and gather basic engagement metrics.

Currently, Preview links (content links that begin with rise.articulate.com/share…) are still functional. To improve Quick Share performance, we plan to sunset Preview links on August 31, 2026. Any Preview links you've previously shared will no longer function after that date. To continue sharing content with your learners, please use Quick Share to publish it.
