Rise 360: link to email with attachments

Some time ago I believe some very friendly and knowledgeable people helped me understand how to create a link in Rise 360 that, when clicked, would open up a pre-populated Outlook email with documents already attached. The user would only have to address the email and click SEND.

For some reason I can't find those instructions so I'm hoping that friendly and knowledgeable people will help me do this.
