Rise 360 Page wont load
Hey guys,
My Rise360 page wont load.
It seems to be stuck on Your content is loading.
The other pages open fine.

Hi there, Peta! The Rise 360 dashboard is not loading for some users, but Rise 360 Share links are still working. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. So sorry for the trouble!

Something has changed in the last couple of minutes and it's now working for me.

My dashboard loads, but I cannot get any individual RISE courses to load up.
Hi Valeria and Russell! We noticed the same problem, and we fixed it right away. Please refresh your Rise 360 browser window and try opening your courses again. It should work correctly now!

Our team is experiencing this issue today with multiple Rise courses as well. Review links are working, but we can't access the actual courses to edit/export.

Thanks so much for reaching out. We’re currently seeing degraded performance in Rise 360, which can cause courses to be slow, unresponsive, or get stuck on the “Your Content is Loading” message. While our team is investigating, you can check for updates on our Articulate Status page, or Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.

Hi,
I'm having this problem now. I can see the Dashboard, but I am unable to open any of my Rise courses. I've updated Chrome, tested it on Edge, both Incognito/ Private tabs, cleared history, cache, etc.
It simply won't open. I recently updated to W11. Could that be the cause?Thanks,
