Rise 360 Question Bank problem

Hi team,

I tried to insert media into a Question and clicked the 'Upload media' icon, but there was no response. There used to be a file selection icon, but now there is no response.

I have confirmed the following actions:

1. Made sure my browser was fully updated
2. Tried other browsers (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome), but the issue occurred in all browsers
3. Restarted my computer
4. Cleared my browser's cache
5. Accessed Rise in an InPrivate window

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
