Rise 360 stuck in processing
Rise 360 is stuck processing an image change from content library. I hit cancel with no result. Tried closing and opening still stuck. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Chad. We've identified an outage with one of our service providers that is causing intermittent errors in Rise 360.
