Rise 360 video upload error

Every time I try to upload a video to Rise, I get an error message. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks, Christian

Same issue for me. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I've tried clearing cache and incognito mode too...both suggested by Rise in the past. Still no luck :(

    Hi Kate! Sorry to hear that clearing your cache and going into Incognito didn't help. Please ensure that the browser you are using is updated. If it already is, and you're still getting the error, please open a support case with us here.
