Hello, I am working on a Rise project for a volunteer organization. Once I complete the project and publish it to the LMS, would the organization be able to use my files and change the content in their own Articulate account later down the road, when I am no longer involved?

If your customer has a paid Articulate 360 account, you can send them an editable version of your completed Rise course.
