Rise and Compatability with Moodle

We recommend testing your course in another LMS like SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to Moodle (4.1.9). It might also help to test using Moodle's most recent version, 4.5, to see if you get the same results.
If the issue is specific to Moodle, please work with their support team to fix it. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.
