Looking to housing a few RISE courses on Google Cloud. I followed the latest instructions from Tom Kuhlmann (great guy!). Although I followed the instructions, it seems as though it isn't...
I agree he's a great guy but it is possible that I might be biased. Based on your screenshots, it looks like your items aren't in a public bucket. Google offers some help here on making objects publicly readable: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/access-control/making-data-public
