One troubleshooting step that you can do is to test how your course behaves in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud to isolate if the behavior is specific to SuccessFactors LMS. Here's how to test. If the button in the "Content structure" page is only unresponsive when the course is accessed in SuccessFactors, please work with their support team to correct the behavior.
If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
