RISE: Assessment Settings - Reveal Incorrect Answers Only

Hi, we are trying to build numerous compliance based courses that allow learners to see their incorrect answers. We get many complaints about this lack of functionality, affecting UX and our departments credibility. We do not want to show the learners the correct answers but rather show them the incorrect answers so they can focus on their knowledge gaps, seek answers and learn. Is this functionality available or can it please be built into Rise asap?
With the current pandemic it's a major priority to make compliance and safety training 100% online.

Thank you, Trav.

  • Hi there! Good news! Now you can make quizzes more challenging. Show learners feedback without revealing correct answers! Find out how in this article. Enjoy!

  • Thanks for sharing that additional context, Travis. We are tracking a request to separate feedback from revealing the correct answers. This isn't on the immediate roadmap, but I'll tag this discussion to be updated if we make a change that helps.

I'd also like to see these features separated. We require our learners to get a certain score on the assessment. We'd like for them to know which questions they got wrong without giving them the answers since they have multiple chances to take the assessment.

Letting them know they got the question wrong gives them the opportunity to revisit just the content they need. It's inconvenient to that the feature is "all or nothing."

  • Hi Amy! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this feature. We don't have updates on when this will be available but we'll let you know here if anything changes. You're in the right place!
