Rise Block Templates Not Loading

I have been trying to use Rise block templates to move course content. When I create the block, it says it has created but when I try to insert it, it says "Processing template" with a spinning circl...

Hi AngieCapelle-56, 

Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end, and I don't see that loading messaging when browsing Block Templates. 

  • Do you happen to experience this same behavior when opening your Rise course in an incognito window?
  • I understand from the screenshot you shared that you are only experiencing this with that pb products template. Do you notice this happening with any other templates on your end?
